Waitlist

Follow the below steps to complete a waitlist form!

Please be aware that we currently have very limited spaces for two year olds throughout 2019 and are filling up quickly for 3 year olds. Please call the office if you would like to know your position on our waitlist.

Step 1

For new families to this service who have not used My Family Lounge before, click on the REGISTER button below. You will be taken through to a registration process to create your My Family Lounge account. For all other families please sign in. 

Step 2

Log into your My Family Lounge account, complete information about you and your child. 

Click CREATE A WAITLIST and follow prompts to submit waitlist. 

If you CANCEL or log in after this to create a waitlist you will need to click on NEW REQUEST under BOOKING REQUESTS to create your child’s waitlist. Repeat a new request for each additional child.

Then once you have completed all information required for your waitlist, press  SAVE & FINISH . We can view your application online at our end and can help you out. (Please note that the enrolment form is not the waitlist.)

Once you have made a BOOKING REQUEST we will come back to you and advise if we have a vacancy available for your child. If we have a vacancy, we will email you an offer and ask you to ACCEPT THE OFFER and complete and submit the ENROLMENT FORM and submit via the My Family Lounge portal. Once your enrolment form is submitted please download the DIRECT DEBIT REQUEST FORM and printing it and returning it to us.

Ezi debit Direct Debit

Direct Debit is our preferred method of payment, and you can get the process started by DIRECT DEBIT REQUEST FORM, printing it and returning it to us. These forms are also available from the centre. Direct Debits are processed every fortnight on the Friday of statement week.  If you need to change method of payment, i.e. your credit card has expired, please complete a new form and return to us.
